Sara Childress

Sara founded Elevate Health & Aesthetics with the belief that wellness and aesthetic care should feel personal, supportive, and attainable, never rushed or one-size-fits-all.

She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Certified Aesthetic Injector. Sara provides in-office treatments for IV hydration, GLP-1 medical weight loss, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and dermaplaning.

Sara began her nursing career at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, completing a nurse residency and working across neurology, emergency medicine, and interventional radiology. Those years shaped her commitment to clinical precision, safety, and individualized care.

While providing mobile IV therapy early in her career, Sara discovered her passion for combining wellness and aesthetics to improve confidence, energy, and overall quality of life. That experience led her to build Elevate to serve her community with transparency, intention, and heart.
